Our goal at Hardtoskip is to make it quick, easy, and enjoyable for you to transform text into visually appealing videos. We hope you love using our platform as much as we’ve loved building it for you. But hey, we also know that sometimes things don’t go as planned. So here’s our refund policy, explained in plain language.
A Quick Note Before We Start
Hardtoskip uses Paddle to securely handle all payments. They’re a trusted partner, and you’ll see their name on your receipt. Now let’s get into the details.
Free First, Then Upgrade When You’re Ready
We offer a free version of Hardtoskip so you can explore the basics — no credit card, no strings. It’s there to help you test-drive the platform before you go pro.
When you upgrade to a premium plan, you unlock extra features like HD video exports, more templates, and faster rendering. These paid credits and subscriptions are what keep our lights on and our developers caffeinated — so all purchases are non-refundable.
Can I Cancel My Subscription?
Absolutely. You can cancel your subscription anytime — no awkward phone calls or hoops to jump through. Just visit our Contact Page and we’ll help you out.
When you cancel, your plan will stop at the end of your current billing cycle. We don’t offer partial refunds for unused time or credits.
But What If Something Goes Wrong?
We’ve got your back. While we don’t usually offer refunds, we do make exceptions in a few rare situations, like:
- You were charged more than once for the same thing.
- There’s a technical issue on our end that prevents you from using the platform — and we can’t fix it within a reasonable time.
If that sounds like your case, just send us a message with all the details and we’ll do our best to make it right.
When Refunds Aren’t Possible
We want to be upfront about when we can’t issue a refund. Here are some examples:
- You bought credits but didn’t use them.
- You picked the wrong plan by mistake.
- You changed your mind or didn’t like the service after purchase.
- You requested features that aren’t part of the product.
- You didn’t provide enough detail about a technical issue for us to troubleshoot it.
Last Thing — We Might Update This Page
As our product evolves, our refund policy might too. Any changes will be posted right here, so feel free to check back once in a while.
